Lol. I think i know how to fix ur resizing pic. Um remove ur pic. and then when u browse for it again, whilst it's loading, quickly underneath the loading pic, check the box that says - shrink to fit. That's what i did for my pic. good luck. and sweet pic.

Eh, when it shrinks, it only shows bout a quarter of it. So yeah.
Therefore, you choose a different picture! Wuhey, problem solved!
